Social media knowledge curation is a method of organizing conversational content aligned with strategic core investments of a business, foundation, or a community or region, or, even an individual entrepreneur.

Social media knowledge curation is an organized approach to knowledge as data. It is the creation of the knowledge economy, the "making" of markets, and basis for the generation of transformative innovation and enterprise in open economic networks.

This is how communication subsumes traditional marketing in emerging markets and fulfills a new definition of "value-based" communications essential to establishing investment priorities in emerging economies. 
In emerging markets that arise out of social, economic and environmental disruption, our new priority is to communicate value as it relates to source and larger purpose for the transformation of education, economic and workforce development, our highest global imperative. 

Social media knowledge curation is how we organize meaningful communications based on the value knowledge offers to a greater good. ​​

This case involves a series of conversations hosted by a national business industry magazine that yielded "chapters" of information shared by the presenting organization's CEO.
